Service booking

Before attending a service  we ask that you book a place. You will be guided through the process. 

Please note, this form has to be filled in each time you wish to attend a service. You must book at least 24 hours in advance. Additional services will show up one week in advance.

Using the form below, select the amount of people you wish to book for.

Then enter your full name. If your booking for others too, please write there names in the same box.

Then enter your phone number.

Why? We are supporting NHS Test & Trace. We therefore collect contact details. If you'd rather, you can scan our QR code on entry.

Enter your email address. This field is required incase we need to contact you about your booking.

Finally, tick which service you want to attend. You are only able to book for the coming days.

You're all set! The form has been sent to our Churchwarden. There is no need to bring confimation to the service.
